
Emily Schumacher is a people developer, experience designer, and systems builder with over a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations grow with purpose. She built teams, experiences, and internal structures that enable real skill-building, meaningful outcomes, and sustainable success.
With a background spanning workforce development, EdTech, higher education, and early childhood education, Emily has led teams, trained emerging and established professionals, designed scalable learning programs, and supported small businesses through growth and transition. Her career includes developing modern learning environments in fast-paced startup settings and bringing human-centered leadership into complex organizational systems.
At the core of Emily’s work is a commitment to human-centered design and thoughtful strategy—blending facilitation, coaching, and systems thinking to create solutions that work and support the people who use them. She holds a Master’s in Education and Leadership, is a certified professional coach, and brings expertise in organizational development and experience design.
Outside of work, Emily finds joy in family time, reading, writing, exploring energy work and healing practices, and experimenting with new coffee creations in her kitchen.
